Which door brings the families who actually start Fase 1. A case counts under the source on its booking, or the one set on the case in Airtable.

How this stays current
- Every 2 hours, Make reads new bookings on the casalumavi@ calendar and writes each one to Airtable → Cases base → Bookings, with where the person came from.
- How it decides: the first contact before the booking (a WhatsApp/call lead, the website form, an email, a list sign-up). A click on a Brevo email in the 14 days before booking counts as Brevo email.
- Not known yet? Ask on the call and change "Came in through" in Airtable. This page picks it up the next time it opens.
